There are many ways to beat the heat, so I am sharing one of the healthy fresh juice recipes made from seasonal fruits and ingredients. The Rez Pink is made with Pomegranate, Lemon, and Ginger Juice. It is easy to make, great as a visual treat, and rich with antioxidants that will keep you fresh on any hectic working day on the summer days.

2 medium-sized Pomegranate
1 Lemon
1 inch Ginger
3-4 Tablespoons of sugar/Honey or you can add or reduce as per your test
3-4 Crushed and whole ice cubes, You can add extra later
1 Cup water

Instructions for preparation:
Take a saucepan and add ½ cup water and sugar and bring to a boil. Then cool and keep it in the refrigerator to become chilled
Cut the lemon in half and remove the seeds and squeeze the lemons and extract the lemon juice and keep it aside
Clean the ginger and add it to the blender and strain and keep fresh ginger juice aside
Remove the skin of the Pomegranate and add kernels with ½ cup water in a blender, then strain the Pomegranate juice
Now take a container and add sugar syrup or Honey, Pomegranate juice, Ginger juice, Lemon juice, and water and mix well, mixing can be done manually or by blender as per your convenience.
Now, add crushed ice cubes to a glass and then pour in the juice, tada … your pomegranate-lemon-ginger is ready, It can be garnished with Pomegranate kernels, slice lemon with straw and mint for decoration.
